Can the product be used in private areas?

Our products are safe to use on the bikini area and they are one of the best alternatives to a full Brazilian wax. (Refrain from using the products on the inner parts of the vaginal area) 

How often should I use it?

It can be used whenever you feel you want to remove unwanted hair.

Can my child use it?

Yes, our products are designed to be gentle on the skin. We recommend usage to ages 12 and older. On rare occasions, skin problems or irritation may occur. Therefore, please be sure to perform a patch test before using.

Can I use it during pregnancy?

Yes, our products are safe to use during pregnancy and after childbirth. We recommend using the lavender and coconut oil to keep the skin moisturized. 

Does it have an expiration date?

Our products can be kept for 3 years unopened. Once opened, please use it as soon as possible and avoid humidity and high temperatures. If the preservation state is good, it can be kept for up to 6 months. Please store in dry and cool places.

Removing a large number of unwanted hair, can it damage the skin?

Because it uses “Calcium Thioglycolate” which takes care of unwanted hair while being gentle on the skin, you can use it without damaging your skin.

I was not able to remove the entire hair, why?

The way you apply the mask is important. Did you apply the mask thoroughly and evenly? If you do not receive the results you are looking for the first time, try reapplying a thick layer and leave on for 20 minutes. Then, wipe with a cloth roughly until all the hair is gone.

Can I use it in the bath?

Yes. You may use our products in the bath without a problem, but the effect may be diminished if used on wet skin. Therefore, please use when your skin is dry for the best results.

Can I use a skin scrub after hair removal?

Yes, we recommend that you do aftercare with a skin scrub. The Organic Ones Lavender Sugar Scrub is infused with beneficial ingredients that will brighten and remove any excess hair on your skin leaving it baby smooth. 

What areas can the hair-removal cream be used on?

Our hair removal masks can be used on the underarms, back, arms, fingers, chest, legs, and bikini line. Be sure to acknowledge which masks are for the body and which masks are for the face. Due to the face being more sensitive than the body, we designed a hair removal mask specifically for facial hair. If the cream comes in contact with the eye, nose, or mouth, please wash it out immediately and speak to a medical specialist.

Will your hair removal creams help with dark spots?

Yes, our products decrease blemishes, inflammation, and ingrown hairs while lightening the area.
